These circles are an opportunity to slow down and listen in. Come touch the potent cauldron of deep feelers and truth tellers. Let us lift each other up in voice and song through the simple ritual of coming together to share our stories.
These circles happen most moths following the flow of the moon cycle. This offering is for femme identifying folx and non-binary beings.

IN- PERSON WEEKEND RETREAT
In this potent retreat we will be exploring the shadow of feminine power, unravel the sisterhood wound, and touch the healing medicine of pleasure and sound.
Some of the elements we will play with are ritual, sound, cacao, grief ritual, pleasure ceremony, creative and expressive arts, deep sharing, movement, singing, visualizations, and more.

This 1:1 container is created to guide you back to yourself. It will invite you into your body, sensation, and presence.
We will use the power of movement, music and mindfulness to unlock the magic in our lives. We will uncover the blocks that keep us stuck in our minds. We will step into our bodies to unlock the ancient stories that want to heal and emotions that want to move.
This is an embodied path to tangible emotional processing, potent healing, and access to our divine aliveness.
